Week 6 COMPLETE
WOW! Finally complete with week 6 of the 12 week transformation. This has been a great 6 weeks, hard work and determination has helped me make it through this. Motivation level for me still through the roof. The diet has been good also, I have kicked up the cardio to 25 minutes and I have been wearing a sweatshirt to sweat a bit more. Week 7 coming up in two days, off day tomorrow but still doing some type of cardio exercise.

Week 3
First day of week 3 was chest and triceps, it was a good workout. Did a lot of tricep work so my tris are sore. Today did back and biceps, I am feeling a lot stronger each week which is good. My endurance is starting to get back to normal with these workouts so i can get more reps out of my workouts. I am down to 207 on the scale so I am slowly but surely losing weight, just need to stick to the cardio. I need to start drinking more water so this week I am going to really concentrate on that. But so far my motivation is through the roof and i look forward to every workout (Thank you Kris Gethin). So there are a couple days off then back at it.

Week 2
I'm a few days off here in my transformation but it has been going great, I have stayed strict with my diet and cardio and excited about seeing the results. So far I am on week number 2 and just finished the back and bis workout. I did a lot of ab work today so I can burn more fat in the midsection, a lot of the ab work was done with just body weight. The back workout was exhausting but I worked hard through it with determination. Finished the workout off with 20 min of cardio on the elliptical, so not time to get dinner started and lunch for work. Keep working hard and stay focused, if motivation is troubling you go on you tube and search for workout motivation, there are a load of videos out there. Thanks for staying tuned!!!

Day Four: Back and Biceps
Just finished today's workout and it was a good one! Did back and biceps concentrating on the lats and lower back. I liked the biceps portion today also because i did all three sets of concentrating on each of the bicep(right and left) so they each got a great pump. The supplements i took today were my pre-workout with L-Arginine. L-Arginine sends more blood to your muscles so you get a bigger pump. I did some abdominal work in between my sets of back and biceps. After the workout I did my 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. Tomorrow is Shoulders, Traps, and more abs and of course cardio. Day Three: Cardio
Day was just cardio, diet has been really good today, so tomorrow looking forward to another great workout.

Day Two: Chest and Triceps
Day two is in the books, had a great chest and triceps workout today. I got up to 90 pound dumbbells today on the slightly inclined bench. I have been starting all of my chest workouts on a slight incline so I can work my upper chest more because that is the weak part of my chest. I thought my shoulder was going to bother me today but I was excited after I finished that there was no pain at all; Good Sign!!After my workout I did my 20 min of cardio on the elliptical. Got home and had the protein shake with some creatine. Going to have a big chicken salad tonight for dinner and maybe cook up some deer steak for the lean protein. Good day today so far as far as the diet goes. Tomorrow will be a cardio day, and my new supplements will be here from www.bodybuilding,com.
