Day Four: Back and Biceps

Just finished today's workout and it was a good one! Did back and biceps concentrating on the lats and lower back. I liked the biceps portion today also because i did all three sets of concentrating on each of the bicep(right and left) so they each got a great pump. The supplements i took today were my pre-workout with L-Arginine. L-Arginine sends more blood to your muscles so you get a bigger pump. I did some abdominal work in between my sets of back and biceps. After the workout I did my 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. Tomorrow is Shoulders, Traps, and more abs and of course cardio.
