Day Two: Chest and Triceps

Day two is in the books, had a great chest and triceps workout today. I got up to 90 pound dumbbells today on the slightly inclined bench. I have been starting all of my chest workouts on a slight incline so I can work my upper chest more because that is the weak part of my chest. I thought my shoulder was going to bother me today but I was excited after I finished that there was no pain at all; Good Sign!!After my workout  I did my 20 min of cardio on the elliptical. Got home and had the protein shake with some creatine. Going to have a big chicken salad tonight for dinner and maybe cook up some deer steak for the lean protein. Good day today so far as far as the diet goes. Tomorrow will be a cardio day, and my new supplements will be here from www.bodybuilding,com.
