Week 6 COMPLETE

WOW! Finally complete with week 6 of the 12 week transformation. This has been a great 6 weeks, hard work and determination has helped me make it through this. Motivation level for me still through the roof. The diet has been good also, I have kicked up the cardio to 25 minutes and I have been wearing a sweatshirt to sweat a bit more. Week 7 coming up in two days, off day tomorrow but still doing some type of cardio exercise.
