Day One: Legs and Abs and Cardio

Day 1 is in the books for this 12 week transformation. I did leg day today which consisted of 5 exercises. I stayed in rep range of around 10-12 for about 3 sets per exercise. This first week I will be doing these reps then as the weeks continue I will be able to add a bit more weight. While I was working out legs, in between sets I would do some ab work. Just basic crunches. After I was done with the workout I finished up my workout on an elliptical machine. What has worked for me in the past has been steady state cardio; which means your at a steady pace for 20-30 minutes.  You can also do a H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) type of cardio where you will involve sprints for about 20-30 sec and a walk for about 30 sec, and this training you can do in just 15 min. During the workout week I will try to review a supplement I have taken or currently am taking just so you can get a better idea of what to take if you are interested in going this route. I am not a doctor or anything so I am just recommending supplements that I have taken that seem to have worked for me. Tomorrow is Chest and Triceps so stay tuned.
